When will my order ship if I ordered Pre-Order items?
If the item(s) ordered are on back-order, we will ship as soon as we receive the item(s). Please check for the estimated shipping date/period on the product page.

For orders that contain multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date (only for Canada/USA orders). If the difference between the dates is more than 10 business days, the order will be split in two. If the difference is less than 10 business days, it will be shipped together once all items are available (on the latest shipping date). For orders to other countries, we will ship when we have all the items in stock.

Can I change my order/address?
You can make changes to your order/address before it is dispatched. Please E-mail us at contact@mokkastudio.com as soon as possible to make any changes.

Are my shipments tracked?
All shipments will come with partial or full tracking.

Do I need to sign for my package? Do you ship to PO boxes?
All shipments to Canada/USA require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. All orders shipped through DHL cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Will I be charged customs/duties?
Canada: taxes are applied at check-out according to the province of the shipping address.

USA: duties/taxes may vary depending on your state. Typically, personal packages have a threshold for tax free import. Please check with your customs office for more information.

Other international shipments: duties/taxes may vary depending on your country, please check before purchasing. Please note that Mokka Studio does not have any control over these fees and we will not be responsible for any fees incurred. You will be responsible for paying for these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

What happens if I refuse delivery?
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping and any duties charged as well as the initial shipping cost. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country.

Inability to pick-up your package and/or not paying customs/clearing the package from customs is accounted as a refusal.
