RETURN POLICY
14 DAYS RETURN/EXCHANGE
Looking to return/exchange the item(s) you purchased, we will gladly help you return/exchange your new and unworn item(s). Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear.
Free Return & Exchange Canada & USA: If you opted-in to our Checkout+ ($1.98) you will qualify for free return/exchange for your order. This is not mandatory, you can opt-in or opt-out during checkout.

All sales items are final sale. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
You have up to 14 days to return/exchange your order. To initiate a return/exchange, please click here. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
All return requests must be submitted through our customer portal. If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free (ONLY applies to orders in Canada & USA)!
If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels can be purchased through our customer portal or your preferred shipping carrier.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/EXCHANGE
Once we have received the returned package, we will send an email notification and arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 business days. Refunds are only for the merchandise and will not include initial shipping costs and duties/taxes incurred. If you qualified for free shipping and do not qualify after the refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
INSTANT EXCHANGE
Exchanges can be made in store or by mail. To start the exchange process via our return portal, please start here.
Eligible items are available for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Using our returns platform, you will be able to easily select the item(s) you want to return, and the new item(s) you would like to receive. Your store credit will automatically apply within the exchange, and you will owe for any remaining balance. An exchange for lesser value will result in refund for the remaining balance. Instant exchange items will be shipped out once the exchange is confirmed.
Please note: you will be asked to provide payment information for the instant exchange as a security measure. There will be a $1 hold on your credit or debit card, that will be removed once the return items have reached our store. You will have 3 days from the time of submitting your exchange to get your return items in the mail to us using the return label provided in RE:DO. Failure to ship your returns back within the 3 day timeframe will result in a charge to your given payment method for the newly exchanged items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We suggest to inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case if there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in package, please submit a return request through our portal so we can resolve this promptly.
CAN I RETURN A PARTIAL ORDER THAT WAS PART OF A PROMOTION
Return policy for promotions and campaigns where a 2 for 1 promotion or buy 1 get 1 on discount promotion is offered is as follows: The offer is not valid if you return part of your purchase. Full price will then apply to the item you keep.
